What are the requirements for one to become a LIPA NA SOLUTION SACCO merchant?

• The applicant must have a running business or source of income
• The applicant must maintain a collection account with Solution SACCO
• The applicant must fill in and sign the Lipa na Solution SACCO application form
• The applicant must read and accept the Lipa na Solution SACCO terms and conditions

Can a customer reverse or cancel a transaction once paid to LIPA NA SOLUTION?

• No, a customer CANNOT reverse or cancel a transaction once paid.
• Solution SACCO can also reverse a transaction and refund money to the customer after a complaint or request for reversal has been lodged and validated.
